We accept books in Like New, Very Good, and Good condition. Your book must have all pages intact, no missing sections, and be free of water damage or excessive wear. Moderate highlighting and notes are acceptable in Good condition books. Books in poor or heavily damaged condition will not be accepted or paid.
If your book does not meet our condition requirements or does not match the ISBN and edition submitted, it will be rejected. Rejected books will not be returned and no payment will be issued. We strongly recommend only submitting books that accurately match the condition and edition you selected during checkout.
Yes! You can submit up to 5 books per order and ship them all together in one box with a single free shipping label. This saves time and is the most efficient way to sell your textbooks. Simply add each book's ISBN on the offer page before submitting your order.
We pay via PayPal or check by mail. You choose your preferred payment method when submitting your order. PayPal payments are typically faster. Check payments are mailed to the address you provide. Payment is sent within 3-4 business days after we receive and inspect your books.
After you complete your order we will email a free prepaid USPS shipping label to the email address you provided within the hour. Simply print the label, pack all your books securely in one box, attach the label, and drop it off at any post office or USPS location. No printer? Most post offices can print labels for you.
No — international editions are not accepted. International editions often have different content, page numbering, or quality compared to US editions and cannot be resold through our platform. Only submit books that are standard US editions. Sending an international edition will result in rejection with no payment and the book will not be returned.
Your prepaid shipping label includes a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at any time by visiting usps.com and entering your tracking number. Once we receive your books we will process your payment within 3-4 business days.
If you accidentally send a book that does not match the ISBN or edition you submitted, it will be treated as a rejected book. No payment will be issued and the book will not be returned.
